Refund policy

At Creative Crazy, every product is crafted with care, thought, and detail. We truly hope you love what you receive. However, if for any reason you’d like to request a return or exchange, here’s how we can help:

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and our team will assist you.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised / Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

• Perishable items (such as food hampers) are also not eligible for returns.

3. Process

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or issue store credit (as applicable).

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
